I should be doing...

Im supposed to be doing at least a couple modules for my RD practice exam but doing it makes me sleepy hehe...so for now let me post something on my blog since I havent posted anything in a while...

I was bored on my way to work this morning and this is what I did while the lights are red...miles travelled today from home to work, close to 60 miles...

Yes, driving to work can be really boring especially if its really far from your home...I want to get a permanent clinic soon, my car bessie is putting on a lot of miles already...calculated the total miles that i'll be driving to work this mo...764 miles for the month of May, and thats just for work!!! Crazy huh?!?

Scary thought...

It's been all over the news and radio about a huge state (California) quake predicted in the next 30 years with a magnitude of 6.7, chances of this happening is at 99.7%. To add to that an even more damaging quake with a magnitude of 7.5 or larger is at least 46% likely to hit on one of California's active fault systems within the next three decades. It probably would strike in the southern part of the state, the scientists warned.



Man that sounds scary...I just wish no earthquakes but I live in Ca, the earthquake state :o(...

learned something new...

I know Im gonna sound like some old lady but one of my hobbies is crocheting. I love to crochet because I find it very therapeutic and it helps me relieve stress. I've already made baby afghans, made blankies for my very good friend's pets and scarves for family members :o).

So today at work I learned how to knit yes, I know...knitting. I've always wanted to learn how to knit because I find the knit stitching soft and closer compared to crochet. Now I just have to find out how to end and close the knit stitch hehe...

Okay on to things other than crocheting and knitting...Today was my last day of floating at Highland Park and what a great way to throw a mini potluck :o). We had eggrolls by Juliet, vietnamese salad w/ a fabulous dressing by Joi, Quinoa by Pricilla, fresh raspberry cream cakes by Wendy and cheesecake made by me. Food was good, awesome and I was sooo full...Man Im gonna miss those girls, they work hard, do classes without me telling them...I would totally put that clinic for my transfer but I would hate to drive far and especially go on the 10 fwy, so ridiculous, takes me literally 1.5 hours to get home when its only 26 miles away going home...sucks huh???

So its been years since I've last written a blog and I have to say I was inspired by reading my bff's blogs hehe...

Today was really hot, but Im glad I accomplised some things today like grocery shopping for this week, and then making it home before Jaime's softball game.

My sister, her bf, and future sis-in-law came w/me to my bf Jaime's game. I usually go there without company so Im glad that they all went today. The game was pretty good, it was a tie 19-19 and I was actually paying attention this time. I usually play with my phone or crochet hehe...

Alrighty, Im gonna have to get ready for bed soon...I have work tomorrow but I have to drop off Airy to school in the morning before work.
